How to use:
a) The Investor/buyer can make plain use of his apartment`s trough the year paying the Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF).

b) The Investor/Buyer can turn his apartment`s to the Hotel Management keeping the right to use at no AMF cost, two weeks per annum, accumulating to a maximum of 30 days, and receiving 5% annual income for the first 5 years , negotiable after the term.

PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN BRASIL:
Our Clients can choose to make they investments trough a company to be either created in their names (New company with a Brazilian resident Director until they get the Permanent Residence Visa) or handled to them upon capital integration (Already existent company where they buy part or all the capital).
